• Step 3 :  Inspection. Property inspectionis one of the most important steps. We conduct a thorough examination of the property including among other: the overall state, the finish level, potential repairs needed, sound levels, area factors and possible legal obstructions that can affect the property value.  
• Step 4 :  Establish the correct market value.
• Step 5 :  Negotiations.Based on our experience and previous inspection report we negotiate the best price possible for your future property.
• Step 6: Sales contract. We check if the agreed sales terms are included in the sales contract as created by the real estate broker of the selling party. Next to this we will thoroughly check the sales contract before you  sign it in order to make sure all aspects of the purchase are covered.
